Estimated Delivery Time and Carriers (U.S. orders)

For orders shipping within the U.S., we ship using USPS or DHL. Please expect delivery between 3-7 business days (M-F).

Shipping is Free for orders above $25. All orders below $25 are charged a flat rate of $4.95.

All shipping destinations will receive tracking numbers in the order confirmation email. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to a member of our Customer Success team at support@joyousnutrition.com.

What to Expect After You Order

Joyous aims to provide a seamless experience from start to finish! Upon placing your order you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information on your order.

Need to Make Changes?

If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (address changes, order quantity, etc.), just shoot us an email and a member of our Customer Success team would be happy to help. We are generally only able to make changes within 1 hour of checkout.

Claims for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We will do our best to help you retrieve your lost or stolen package. Working with the carrier directly usually results in the best outcome. Please work directly with our Customer Success team if you have any questions.
