How should I take ZenFocus?
We recommend taking ZenFocus in the morning after food. It can however be taken anytime and without food if that works better for you.
Is it vegan?
Unfortunately it is currently not Vegan, due to the magnesium used in the product. We wanted the best source of magnesium without sacrifice.
Is it Non GMO?
Yes!
Will it work for me?
ZenFocus works for over 95% of people that try it and if it doesn't we will refund your purchase, no hassle.
Does ZenFocus contain Artificial Ingredients?
No! It contain no Wheat, Gluten, Yeast, Soy, Corn, Milk or Preservatives.

Is this safe while pregnant or breastfeeding?
All our clean ingredients are associated with profound health benefits but we always recommend consulting with your own personal doctor before taking ZenFocus while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Is this safe with my doctor prescribed medication?
Our product is made with the highest quality standards, we only use fair-trade, non-gmo ingredients. With that said, if you are taking prescription medication, we always recommend you consult with your healthcare provider before using ZenFocus.
Is ZenFocus suitable for certain food allergies or restrictions?
ZenFocus does not contain any:

Payments & Refunds
How can I update my payment information on my account?
You can update your payment method by logging into your account and clicking on “Change Payment method”. You will receive an email where you can safely update this information.
I am not satisfied with the product, what is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your first order, you can return it for a refund within 90 days of your purchase. Please email us at support@joyousnutrition.com to initiate your return. After the second order, we only accept returns of unopened products.
Can I use a discount code after I have placed the order?
Discounts are only applicable before the order is placed, and we are unable to apply it once the payment has been processed but if you forget to apply one, you can always use it on your next order.
Shipping & Delivery
What carriers do you use?
We use UPS or OnTrac for all US orders.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories, as well as Canada.
what is the shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all domestic orders
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Our domestic orders arrive within 7-10 business days.
My package was marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what should i do?
If your order was marked as delivered and the address on the order is correct, we recommend that you wait a couple of days, as often the carrier scans an order as delivered before actually delivering it. Also checking with neighbors to make sure the package wasn’t delivered to the wrong location. If the issue remains, please contact us at support@joyousnutrition.com so we can resolve it.
My order arrived damaged, what can I do?
You can email us at support@joyousnutrition.com with your order number and pictures of the package you received so we can fix it.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link to your email on file.
My tracking hasn't been updated in a while, what are my options?
Please keep in mind that often the carrier doesn’t update the tracking accordingly. If your package hasn’t had any movement in over a week please contact us at support@joyousnutrition.com.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Probably not. We have very short windows to make changes to your order as we ship our packages the same day. If your order has an incorrect address, please email us immediately so we can try to change it before it ships.
Can I cancel my order that was just processed?
We have a very short window to perform cancellations, so it is possible that we won’t catch your order in time. But if you want to cancel your order, please email us immediately with the order number so we can attempt to cancel it. If a packing slip has been created we cannot cancel your order.
Subscription Management
How much will I be charged after my first order?
If you purchased a subscription you will be charged again in 30 days at the discount rate displayed when you selected your subscription.
How often will I be billed for my subscription?
Depends on what frequency you choose at the time of your order. By default you can get it every 30 days, but you can choose every 60 or 90 days at the time of purchase.
How can I log in to my account to check my subscription and make adjustments?

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
Absolutely, you can customize your frequency on your account to whatever works best for you, this could be every 2 weeks, 2 months or 3 months.
Can I pause or skip a delivery in my subscription?
Yes, if you want to skip a month you can do so by going to your account and clicking on “Skip”
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and clicking “cancel”. Please keep in mind that this does not cancel any orders processed before you canceled your subscription.
Will I receive a notification before my subscription reviews or bills me?
Yes, 3 days before your renewal you will receive an email/SMS.
How do I modify the shipping address for my subscription?
You can adjust the address associated with your account by logging in to your account and clicking “shipping & billing” and then “edit”.
Can I change the quantity of products in my subscription?
You've got the power to mix things up! Feel free to change the quantity. It's all up to you!
How do I reactivate my subscription?
As soon as you log in to your account, you’ll see the "resubscribe" button. Pick the perfect date to reactivate your subscription, and voila! You're back in the game.
